Meela's Monday Food Diary

I was BAD

Breakfast:
coffee + muffin

Lunch:
Continental packet pasta, red flavour

Snack:
Twisties (at least I am telling you about them)
Another coffee

Dinner:
mountain corn bread with small amount of cheese and tomato + rice and cashew nuts

After dinner:
Coles diet hot chocolate

Exercise: Pole class. Getting better at my climbs.

    I love twisties!!!!!
    Continel pastas have gotta go they prolly have a days worth of calories.
